Come and join us for a casual evening of board games, potluck-style food, and open dance floor!
This community-building-event is focused on strengthening and building friendships with the wider community and sharing our love of swing dance. There will be no formal dance lesson and you don't require dance experience to take part. It is a time to relax and invite friends regardless of their level of swing dance involvment - you might even make new ones!
This social gathering will take place in a shared space kindly provided by the Baha'is of Kamloops and the Oddfellows and Rebekahs Hall Society. There may be several events happening such as children classes, youth activities, art, drama, etc. which you are welcome to take part in. Kids are welcome and potluck items are shared with everyone.
We will be meeting at the Odd Fellows Hall at 423 Tranquille. There is free parking at the back of the building and the back door has a paintbrush and pallet above it. Bring some food, games, friends, and clean dance shoes. This is a chance to experience how fun and friendly swing dancing can be! We look forward to seeing you there!
